Its been quite a long time since I made any sort of site adjustments, however this weekend I have:

  • Moved the code and database to a private VPS
  • Fixed some coding errors
  • Made the code comply to PHP 5.3 strict standards
  • Further compressed some images
  • Moved js, img and css to cookieless domain
  • Used the InnoDB table system and added relevant relationships

I'm not quite finished yet, but as far as the average user is concerned the site should seem far more responsive :)
